CLEVELAND â€" The Great Big Home & Garden Expo presented by Time Warner Cable returns to Cleveland's I-X Center today through Feb. 12 for the third year with more than 650 exhibitors, new home improvement features, appearances by home and garden celebrities, and returning favorites from the 2011 show.
